Since my mom and grandmother left.

My mom and grandmother left on sat. We all have missed them being here it was so nice for them to experence how our lifes are and how busy we are.They went to all of the girls actvities.Grandmother would help Kelsey read and my mom would play games with them. We did have to cancel horseback riding since they were sick.I have to tell a funny story or it could be kind of sad.While grandmother was here she would sit out on the back porch most of the time(we had really good weather while they were here)and Dakota our greaat dane would go and sit in the same chair with grandmother and get her hip rubbed by grandmother(Dakota has bad hips and sometimes limps)Anyways they bonded very well when they left Dakota went into depression i think.She walked around the house and kept wanting outside I think she was looking for grandmother. Grandmother slept in Kelsey's room so dakota would go sleep on the rug in there for the last few days and then the other night I woke up really early and usually Dakota wants out right away and i could not find her I looked in every room and i finally found her in Kelsey's bed with her head on the pillow(Kelsey had earlier went and got in bed with us)I have not washed kelseys sheets yet so Dakota must have smelled grandmother in their.(it was so sweet yet sad).
Courtney and Kelsey had riding leasons last night and they both did something new.
Courtney is now trotting and posting at the same time on her own Jennifer(her riding instructor) took the lead rope off and Courtney went on her own she was trotting around barrels and just looked so natural doing it.I was a very proud mom watching her on her own she had no fear or nothing.
Kelsey is now starting to learn balance and rode with only one hand on the reign at at time.She was kinda scared so Jennifer let her keep one hand on.After about 5 minutes Kelsey went into a walk and then decided to let go of the reigns completly and post without hanging on.(Just in case anyone is wondering what posting is they have to stand up in the stirups and go up and down with the horses movements using nothing but there legs)So you can see why Kelsey was a little scared especailly when the horse is trotting, so i was very proud of her wanting to let go at a walk.
Robert is very busy with school and work and we dont see him very much,but he will finally be done with paramdic school in Jan. so hopefully i will get a husband back.The girls and i miss him when he is not around.
As for me a go for walk every morning after i take the girls to school (You can see by the pictures on my blog i have gained alot of weight)i walk about 4 to 5 miles everyday.Then i come home and do my stay home mom chores before they get home.And then i am off and running when they get home as a soccer mom,lesson mom,cook,teacher,nurse,and provider.My mom will now exactly what i am talking about.Courtney takes alot of meds. for asthma and the girls get scratched and bruised all the time climbing in trees and what ever else they can find to do.
As for today i think i need a little dose of reality i am going to go see a friend and when i visit with him i realize what is really important in life. It makes me slow down and reallize that the most important things are NOT Is the house clean,laundry or dishes done,the yard mowed, or any of the other things that can be put on hold. He makes me realize to slow down and spend time with my family and enjoy everyminute of it whether it be playing with girls,talking to Robert on the phone for the few minutes he has, watching every movement the girls make at there leasons and showing them how proud i am and stopping everything else to do that, talking on the phone with family to see how there doing and just enjoy life, you never know when you may not have that chance again.
Well there are my feeling for today i hope i can remeber to do that.
