Change In Plans For Thanksgiving!!!

Courtney is not feeling well I guess this bug is holding on for everything it has.I called grandma and grandpa and my dad to let them know we would not be going to Fredricksburg for Thanksgiving.They all wished we could but understood that the kids come first.Courtney feels really bad and thinks its all her fault that we cant go so i told her it was Gods will that everything happens for a reason(Thanks Mom)I told her that I did not feel very well either so it was a good thing we did not go.I told the girls we will have a McDonals or pizza thanksgiving with a side of chicken noddle soup.HAHA Actually the girls thought that was a funny idea and are ok with it.
On to other news I put a call in to my family doctor and he called me back this evening.I told him that it will be a while before I see the GI doctor(You can see how long it will be if you read my last post)and he told me that is to bad Tricare is making me go back to the military doctors and that if they left me out in town he could get me into one next week.So I have been doing my own research (or i guess you can say self diagnosing)for the last two days and according to what i read all colitis are treated the same with a sulfur drug and steroids.So while I was on the phone with the doctor I mentioned this to him and he agreed.I have went and picked up all my medical records from the several doctors that i have seen and my doctor has never even seen what the colonoscopy or endoscopy or the stuff I had done at the military hospital and I have all the records.He would like me to bring them to him on Monday he wants to go through them and then call one of his GI friends and go over it with him and see if we cant start a steriod program to get the imflamtion down and then I would have no pain.yeah me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way one more thing Courtney said today while I was talking to my mom.Courtney feels better in the mornings and so Courtney says "I think I just have a night time bug"My mom and I just laughed Courtney is so sweet and so innocent that she just thinks of everyone.Everyone say a little prayer for her and for me to get these doctors on tract.
